Currently, the Scottsborough Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc is managed by five members of the Board with the assistance of Shoreline Property Management. These officers are voted into position by the owners of the H.O.A. After being voted into place they decide amongst themselves on a voluntary basis who is best suited for which job.

The Scottsborough complex is located on Lundy Lane in Scotts Valley. It's primary street is Arabian Way which circles the majority of the complex with approximately six cross streets. These streets as well as the rest of the complex are all on private property. Hence the complex is subject to the rules established in its C. C. & R.'s as well as any amendments to that document voted in by the H.O.A. However, because it affords access to the general public via its streets it is also subject to the Vehicular Civil Code.

There are 140 units within the complex general built in either a duplex or a quadraplex fashion. There is also a fairly large gated pool accompanied by a spa and community center. This is where the H.O.A. holds it monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month. However that time is subject to change and if you are planning on attending you might want to check in with one of the Officers or Shoreline to be sure.
